How it works

Sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement with me whenever you're ready to start working together — there's no rule requiring you to sign before a second showing. Once we're under agreement and you close on a home I helped you buy, you receive a credit equal to 0.25% of the purchase price at closing.

This isn't a loyalty gimmick copied from a bigger brokerage's marketing playbook — it's a straightforward way to put money back in your pocket for working with an agent who's motivated to get your deal done right.

The fine print, in plain English

• This program is offered and authorized by my broker, Elite Realtors of New Jersey, and is available to buyers who sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement with me.
• The rebate is paid as a closing credit only — it is disclosed to all parties in the transaction, including your mortgage lender, and is not paid directly to you outside of closing.
• This rebate applies to buyers only. In New Jersey, commissions are negotiable.
• You may be responsible for applicable taxes on this rebate — please consult a tax professional.
• The rebate is not contingent on using any other product or service, and is not awarded through a lottery, contest, or game of chance.
